Roasted Peking Duck
Half Peking duck is served in two courses. Firstly, the crispy skin is served with pancakes. Secondly, the meat, sautéed with bamboo shoots and black mushrooms is served over crunchy rice vermicelli with large lettuce leaves and hoi sin sauce. Alternatively, you can order the shredded duck meat sautéed with fresh mixed vegetables.
Seafood
Being situated on the West Coast, we are fortunate to have access to an array of fresh seafood. Don Mee is proud to offer live seafood such as lobster and crab that will be taken right from our live seafood tank and shown to you for approval before we cook and serve it to you. We can prepare lobster and crab in a variety of ways. The most popular choices are steamed with ginger and onion, pan-fried with black bean and garlic sauce, stir-fried with vermicelli in hot pot, or even deep-fried with hot chili peppers!
Be sure to also ask for our fresh oysters, rock cod and our sizzling hot iron plate dishes that will be sure to grab your attention (and everyone else's in the restaurant) with the wonderful sizzling sound the dish makes as it is carried to your table.

Dim Sum
On any given day you will find 60 to 70 freshly hand-crafted varieties of dim sum. On weekends our dim sum chefs create over 80 different dishes for you to choose from.
Don Mee's is very proud to continue offering the ever-popular daily tradition of exotic dim sum cuisine.
What is Dim Sum?
Literally translated, "dim sum" means "to touch the heart." It is also known as "yum char," meaning "to have tea accompanied by a few appetizers." It is actually a full lunch, consisting of an array of dainty and delicious Cantonese-style snacks presented on trolleys by waitresses circulating throughout the dining area, calling out the dish names in Cantonese.
How to Order
Rather than ordering from a menu, you may select directly from the numerous offerings on the various carts.
Typically, dim sum dishes are served in covered bowls, in steamers or on small plates - sometimes on specially heated trolleys. When a waitress approaches, ask her what dishes she offers and, if you wish, have her remove the lids so you can view the contents. Simply indicate the dishes you would like and, after serving you, the waitress will mark it down on your bill.
